I only received one pair of pure white straighteners instead of two

I created an order with this particular website and area of the purchase is absent. I just obtained one set of pure-white straighteners in the place of two. The e-mail address provided with the purchase verification is no longer legitimate and there appears to no longer be considered a site or every other contact details available. I'm £90 outofpocket!
