I canceled the service with Copper.net on 12/18/10. They kept charging my credit card. I called them early spring and the charges still appeared on my credit card. I have had to dispute with my credit card now and file complaints. They will not use mail, phone, or any other way to correspond with a customer. So, if you do not have internet service then expect that you will keep getting charged by them for services you sign up for!
