On 01/04 I filed online for a rebate, I even checked at their rebate center if I was following all requirements. Now 12 weeks later they are telling me that they have changed the requirements and are denieing my rebate and telling me to refile the rebate even tho the deadline for filing was 01/31 with no promise that it will be accepted. What a way to do business. How can a business change requirements in mid-streame? I met all requirements when I filed on 01/04 needless to say Studio321 has lost a customer.
