They come on strong with the promise of some free leads, and you purchase a minimum amount. You are supposed to be able to get "fresh" leads, from persons that have put in a request for an insurance quote, in zip codes or a specified radius.
I got leads that were in zip codes not even close to the areas specified. Some leads were bogus - due to false email addresses, phone numbers, or 25 year old guys inputting that they had the health of a 90 year old in hospice (conditions, diseases, ailments).
In a two day period, they charged my credit card almost $400. After waiting two weeks for a reply from them regarding an email with detailed info on the bad leads (and requesting via their web site for credit for them), I got fed up and asked them to cancel. I got an email asking me what I wanted to do with the remaining credit balance I had. Of course I said "credit it back to my card". Their response was, "it is not our policy to do that". They expected me to use the balance to buy more leads from them.
