They don't pay any money unless they truly believe it will bring them more business. This is crucial information that Caro doesn't talk about at all.
The salespage then says:
And everything you need to know to provide them with a full service Internet Marketing solution for all their online needs.
Except her course does not talk at all about setting up lead generation campaigns, setting up Facebook business pages and generating fans and business from them, advertising via Facebook, or Video marketing. These are necessary for bringing in new customers to local business and they are not covered in the Offline Hero's method.
