The website administrator/owner, Don cashed an e-check dated 10/18; then later completely deleted me, my October order, and previous orders history from his database.
I did have a physical address & phone number for Village Locksmith,
Derby, NY; due to Don previously sending an order shipped by them.
An employee at the locksmith shop told me Don's last name is "Doctor"; but refused to provide a phone number. My people search engines search for "Don Doctor' gave me 2 possible positive results. Only 1 had a listed phone and address. 1 phone call to the listed "Don Doctor" appeared to be a "dead end".? Don-Administrator, www.bigbuffalo.com has refused to respond to multiple e-mail and website form emails requests for a refund or merchandise for the deleted order number and other info deleted from his internet database circa 11.
