I purchased an ad campaingn from this company, they did not fill it nor did they respond to my refund request!

Over two months ago I purchased an ad campaign for $99 and it was NEVER filled
and they will not respond to any refund requests or emails. I have
emailed and called numerous times, even commented on their fan page on
FB trying to get in contact with someone and they deleted my comment.

I would appreciate a respectful response from a professional at this
company and my refund asap.
