SwanMountainSoaps Liar, thief and a complete odd duck!

I don't even know where to start with this nightmare of a shop!
It all started when I purchased a voucher on Heartsy (http://tinyurl.com/HeartsySite
a groupon site for handmade items) on April 28th for Christina's etsy shop called SwanMountainsSoaps. I ordered $44 dollars worth of soaps from her.
Anyhow, on June 1st I realized it's been a little over a month, and I still didn't get my order from her. I figured it was taking a little longer because she was so overwhelmed with the amount of orders coming in from Heartsy. So I didn't really care at first. So I let it go for a couple more days before I contacted her about it. I have gotten items from China/Hong Kong quicker than this. And we all know how long that crap takes to get to North America. (lol)
