I could go on and on. I could talk about how much more it costs to get msnbc than it does Fox... How disturbing it is to think about Comcast taking over nbc and possibly being responsible for the ousting of Keith Olbermann.
But at the moment I'd just like to point out how poor the service is. I have been through three of those digital boxes (the last one only worked for two months) - often when something goes wrong with the remote, the Comcast call center doesn't have any idea what the simplest of buttons does so you can fix it. And then there are those home visits and the promises of putting on booties before entering a house (which I have yet to see in some dozen or mjore visits to my house) - but what about waiting for a week to get that little appointment that you have to wait two hours for (and having Comcast cancel it without telling you!) - I'd also like to point out it can take as long as a month of reporting the same problem over and over before anyone will listen to you (the customer). They also don't bother to keep files on the complaints, soi when the same thing goes wrong over and over, it's like the first time they ever heard about it.
And their lines are long.
Comcast needs some lessons in good service and improved equipment.
