I am the President of Spectrum Technology Solutions in Hot Springs Arkansas. During the past year we have had multiple service requests from Contingent to service some of their customers. Our staff has responded in an efficient and professional technical service role. Contingent uses every excuse in the world to not pay for services. They do not return phone calls; they avoid everything and blame nonpayment on past employees etc...
They caused a lot of problems for a lot of people but nobody takes any action against them... Well that is going to change as of Monday morning June 13th. The will have a surprise visit from our company and the local media to help expose them for fraud and theft.
I realize complaint tries to help many individuals but just posting a problem without action is useless. Companies that steal money from small business are one of the most serious violators of white collar crime laws in the country.
