I have had charges of $29.98, $19.98, $1.97, $29.98, and $79.99 since Christmas Eve, for a total of $161.90. I put in the DATESNOW PTY LTD in the search engine and found the website datesnow.com.
I emailed their support department and received an email back that they could not find my information and that they did not know why I was being charged, they asked for my information, (email address, credit card number, name, etc.) I gave all my information with the exception of my credit card number, and they never responded again.
I have made several attempts to contact them at their support department at [email protected] and all of my e-mails have went undelivered since the first one which they responded to.
I have been in contact with my credit card company since the beginning and while they cannot stop charges from a company, they have reversed all the charges and they were able to give me a phone number, 1 800 351-5645. I have attempted to call this number and it says that "I am not in an area eligible to call this number or phone service in the area you are trying to call is down at this time."
I am at my wits end and I do not know what to do next.
