I had brought a western digital hard drive from a Circuit City with an offer for $30 rebate from Western Digital. I mailed back everything they asked for the same day.
About three months later they sent me a post card stating that my request for the rebate was denied because "Your request was received after the offer expiration date". That's bull and they know it. I read the entire form and I know I was within the dates they asked for.
And of course there is no phone number on the post card to dispute this.
