Horrible customer support. And so I applied a groupon, and my first encounter went okay, however everything fell apart. On my next return, the return tag did not appear where it had been designed to, and so I needed to email them about this. After delivery, I acquired the advantages notice that my sneakers have been obtained by them, although not a verification from them FOR JUST TWO MONTHS AFTER, and just after I named to induce them. No apology, no description, nothing. 3 nights later, I obtained a contact from their store with my fresh groupon voucher, for that WORTH of the return ($45.99), as opposed to the worth of the initial voucher ($50). I sent them, as well as for seven days, no reaction. I eventually sent them again, sending my unique mail, and somebody returned in my experience one hour later, essentially declaring the most obvious, they acknowledged back exactly what the price of the sneakers were. I simply sent to nicely have my e-mail submitted to some boss - we will observe how that moves.

Bottom-line - once I'm completed with the corporation, I'm never looking back. I actually donot know how a business with such bad customer support and program effectiveness may even maintain a candle towards the likes of zappos and amazon. I just wish I understand this solved before they undoubtedly proceed under...
