On april 16th i used a visa prepaid debit card to play slots online with english harbour casino. The card was for $60 i put 30 into my account. Hours later when i went to make another deposit i couldnt. After much investigation getting denied etc i called #on back of card and my balance was 00. I called visa they said charges were made after i made my purchase to a petsmart. I called e.H. They gave me the run around for days and told me their 3rd party must have done it
