I've spoken with seven of TWC's "operators" to give them current credit card info for my autopay. Pretty simple - they charge my card and my bill is always paid on time. Should be simple. The operator (s) obviously cannot do a simple job of entering correct credit card information. They were still trying to bill the cancelled card, but in turn sending me past due notices and calling with "disconnect" threats. The lack of customer service for TWC is legendary. I see the legend lives on.
