Didn't want the service and promised a credit still haven't credited it back

This is a worthless service. You can find everything you need on the internet for free.

I paid for 6 months. When it renewed I called to have it credited back to the account. Said they would credit it back. Gave me a confirmation number. It's been a week still no refund. How hard is it to do a refund?
