Upon receiving my bank statement this morning and finding 4 charges for $14.95, I called my bank (Bank of America). The response was immediate and fantastic! The words were barely out of my mouth before the lady from the bank knew just what was going on.
The charges had caused me to bounce a check and be overdrawn. She immediately credited my account, filled out a report, changed my ATM #'s, is issuing a new card. She gave me 2 800 #'s.
