They promised for the last seven months to send us replacements but still have not received

Bought dvds which were area 4 charging us $150 plus they delivered us dvds which are area 2 which don't play on our dvd players. They guaranteed going back eight weeks to deliver people substitutes but nonetheless haven't obtained. Byebye my money.
