Cancelled order after i got approved - Customer Service

Hi

I applied on line for a cell phone with att.
The rep assured me i was approved and told i dont need money down for my package.
I asked her again are you sure because if not i would go to the sprint offers instead.
I am currently with tmobile and very unhappy.
My tmobile phone has no signal most of the time and i am paying 100.00 for only 10 gigs a month. After i reach my 10 gigs then my internet slows up to dial up speed which you should know is like molasses. If you cant give the correct info for a potential new customer who is willing to switch to att. Then so be it then sprint will be my carrier.
Tmobile approved me for 4 lines no money down. When i got approved from you i was happy cause i was tired of looking for a new carrier. Can you help me with this situation?
I really want to switch to you as my carrier. Let me know i need decision i will put my sprint offers on hold.
