I was put on hold, cut off, and given the run around

I gave notice in March to stop AOL for November 1.3 months were left on my annual agreement and that I requested to get a return.

I'd to contact numerous occasions. I had been placed on store, stop, and provided the run-around. Lastly they gave back $29.90. This can be a laugh. They explained they'd a termination charge and that is all I had been due.

Somebody must consider their company methods plus they ought to be fined.
