Unfortunately it has come to our attention that Heritage Internet Technologies has gone out of business as of Tuesday, March 8. The Better Business Bureau is unable to pursue complaints against businesses that are no longer operating, which means we are unable to assist you with your complaint further.
At this time, we are unsure if HIT has contracted with another company to acquire their current customers.
At this point you may wish to consult with an attorney to determine the value of legal action. We apologize that we could not be of further assistance.
