Purchased and ordered from belisi fashions on december 15th and still have not recieved what paid and ordered.
Called them several times over the last two months. Several excuses: heavy volume of purchases to send, wrong address, problems in warehouse, etc. Never able to talk to a supervisor or talk to billing department to recieve credit.
The initial charge on my account was $25.95.in addition I recieved another charge of $69.95 on february 7th.
Seeking a resolution to this problem. Very discouraged and frustrated.
