The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person I have ever encountered running a business online

Probably the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person I've ACTUALLY experienced in operation online. Lengthy delays to answer. Rude & condescending emails, unapologetic perspective, really disrespectful and crass.

After submitting an internet request to Rob Motscois website insurance pickle, we did not obtain a preliminary reaction for around per week. While he did respond, there is said to be a link for all of US to press to see potential insurance coverage. There is no link, within the disorganized, unprofessional, and inexperienced searching e-mail he delivered us. I responded back requesting the hyperlink, also it got him 4 times to response with simply no courtesy or apology for that wait. Throughout the 4 times, we extended our study, and chose to sign up to ehealth.com, a broadly respected website for insurance requirements. I responded back, and informed him that because we did not notice back from him we went elsewhere. He delivered an arrogant, condescending, really disrespectful e-mail back allowing us understand how silly we were for choosing ehealth in the place of him. We traded several emails, and that I was shocked at his unprofessional, rude and completely crass method of managing the increasing loss of company. I allow him realize that his perspective was impolite & offensive and his reaction was to become much more belligerent in his responses to us. I've never in my own existence experienced somebody in operation, attempting to make an impression on my confidence, handle me in this horrible way.

When I told him, if this is exactly what we are able to anticipate for the "customer support" before actually signing on, week-long delays, rude, disorganized inexperienced seeking emails. As with any company, if we as individuals are giving our hard earned cash over, I believe we shall opt for the organization that treats us using the regard and courtesy we deserve. It's their work to persuade us to trust that they're the very best individual to complete business with. Not the man who's therefore arrogant and short sighted that he is able to do is let you know he's correct. Even while delivering crass inexperienced searching emails, with numerous spelling errors, and in the place of useful info, this content includes him slamming "another men" and suggesting the way you have to simply cope with him, or you're silly. If he is fighting over anything as fundamental as displaying value and courtesy to some possible client, consider if you have a genuine medical problem that you simply argue with him on. No cheers
