Printroom Inc. Unlawfully Withholding Profit Checks for Professional Photographers

I have orders that were placed on 11-30. According to there Terms any orders placed by the end of the month, which these orders were, will be paid on or around the 15th of the next month.in this case it would be December 15th. It is now February 9th and I have not received profit check for either of these orders. According to my calculations this profit check is now 56 days late.

My last Profit check was over one month late. Now this profit check is almost 2 months late.
