They charged my credit card 22.00 for an at home working opportunity and i never received my items from them

I tried to start an online job mailing brochures for the advanced marketing group. They told me that i had to be charged a one time fee of 22.00. I then registered my credit card to do so. After they told me that i would receive my items in the mail along with instructions in about 7 business days. I never received anything from that company and later could not contact them.
