I purchased a 100 Pack CD-Rs from the local Staples office store on March 16, under inducement of the Rebate Offer.
The Rebate form was mailed 10 days later.
When the Rebate was not received in reasonable time, two emails were sent to Staples. Staples did not respond to either one.
Now the 800 # Rebate Center says our form was rejected because a fax # was not included or labeled NA. MORE BS excuses.
So, more runaround, lame excuses, Prime Peripherals phone # is now "no longer in service", and the Rebate Center equally useless. As far as I am concerned - Rebates = Ripoffs.
It may be the last time I make a purchase from a store with a Rebate Offer of Disillusionment and Abandonment.
