My Disabled son of Turrets' and ADHD had a account he worked very hard on over the years from www.Roblox.com
On several occasions we would go from Outrageous to Turbo, and turbo to Outrageous Builder clubs, never a problem, but this last time they decided to continue charging me for the Turbo at the same time they charged for the Outrageous Builders club.
After several attempts to email and call them and no response i decided to contact my bank welsfargo to decline only the 11.95 charges for the turbo but to allow the 19.95 charges for the outrageous.
Then roblox deleted the account, my son was horrified, after all the Funds and collect digital items in the account lost, hundreds of dollars as well as hundreds of hours lost.
I have contacted them once again, and yet again no answers.
I will follow up with rip off revenge and sue for all the funds lost over the years, as well as my disabled sons emotional distraughtment and legal charges to right this wrong.
As you can see from other report we are not the first with withdrawn funds and deleted accounts for the ill support and unprofessional mannerism of this company.
