Joined paretologic to get rid of all viruses and it will not work on the registry

It say's i have to have a number for the registry that starts with RB that i was not given so it will not open so i can get rid of my viruses if you cannot fix this problem then take it off my credit card and i will do business with someone who can help me thank you very much
