Has taken my order charged my card, I send emails and they do reply but all the emails start the same exact way! They email me but it's all fake if it were 6-7 day shipping they would have come alread

I bought shoes from this website and they charged my card for them. I have yet to receive my shoes! They email me and keep telling me they have shooed and they are on their way but still I check the tracking information and I cannot track them down. I am disappointed and now am out $80! That is a lot of money now a days! I am very pissed of at this company or the person who is doing this. I hope they get caught and I hope they go down!
