I ordered UGG boots from usuggaustralia.com. Since ordering I have not been able to contact them. The phone number is always busy and noone will return emails. I have also found out that the boots are knock-offs, although the pictures showed the ugg label and were advertised as uggs. Is there anyway to get help in contacting this company? My account has been debited more than what my total should be. Should I cancel my card to avoid further trouble? Hope someone can help.
