I paid nearly 500. Bucks to get a customized leather guide they hand-make, it's been more than 6 weeks and that I haven't noticed a term from them dispite several numorous e-mails for them, they're not responding. I've not obtained my purchase, and ahve taken this towards the BBB and I3C. Had I been wise enough in advance I'd have examined t/BBB first. They've numorous grievances in it for performing the same to others. Do not make use of this store, if you should be buying customized BOS, attempt a web-based research and move elsewhere, like Brahms Books.com at this time I really believe I'm out-of $470.19, and nothing to exhibit for this! I'm TRULY upset!!!
