On (August' 2009), I purchased goods on the above website and before payment, you had agreed to accept my returns terms of condition:-
"Manufacturer have to pay for Faulty Returns from UK-CHINA Shipping Cost" I have paid you the agreed sum but when I took delivery of the item I found that it was faulty for the following reason: losing charge then completely dead. I complained to you about returns during September ' November' January' March' 2010 & April about Returning, but you asked me to send it back to your company at my own expense, as you mentioned that your company cannot cover shipping cost from UK-China, I finally got them delivered to your factory Agent at Overseas Sales Department, Room 3401, Star Plaza, Block A, Huaqiangbei Rd, Shenzhen.
