Ripoff! I ordered a gold magnetic bracelet for $24 a month ago and never got it! Internet

I believe I got ripped off of 24.00 for a gold magnetic bracelet which i never received. I have a receipt # n084078 and tried to contact them to find out about my order and all i could find was this cite! What a surprise.
