This company took my bank account information over the phone, without verifing an email address or pin number. I have not had my checks stolen. I do not know where the individual got my acct number, name and address. I reported this to the police department, the detective and myself have called this website. This happened on November 1, I called and talked to Jaymer (he would not give me his last name) and he would not give me information on the person that ordered the subscription. The police detective also called this website and talked with Jacquline and she stated that she would call the detective back, this was on November 9th. I believe that these people in charge of this website are behind the fraud. I need to know who has my acct#, my name, my address, my routing number so I can press charges. I do not purchase items on the internet, i have a secured site for my online banking and i write approx 10 checks a year. I do not feel safe until this person is identified.
