I own a website called phpsoftwaregeeks.com and one day a customer by the name of joseph babalola registered to purchase our membership software. He asked us kindly to install the software on his website free of charge which we did. Two months later he called our payment gateway provider "clickbank" and requested a refund without even contacting us first for assistance. Clickbank told us that he or she or whatever did not want technical assistance but a full refund. He/she demanded it now. I was not aware of this at all. The next day this person has the courage to contact us for a customization job that has to do with the software they got a refund from. Well little did I know, that this customer got his money back and he wanted me to do a job for free. Wow. For free. Nothing in this life is free and I hope one day it does offer that. Lol, he started to threaten me up and down on how I was a bad person and what kind of person runs a company like the way I did for not offering him free services first before he pays. Well of course he wanted to have me do the job on his site for free when he had his refund for the software just yesterday. Can anyone explain this to me. How can you purchase a software like joseph did and then expect customization jobs when he got his refund just yesterday. Does he think he can get what he wants. I mean really what person buys a product and then demands a refund with no explaination like he did and then wants a job done to this product. This product isn't his anymore if he asks for a refund.
