October 21; received unsolicited email about auctions and signed up for $159 charged to my credit card. Found that on placing bids on website the clock keeps resetting for hours. When going to website without being a member as I did originally, there are more items offered to bid on than when you log on as a member to bid. Called for refund, only granted me 50% of $79.50. October 22,23, and 24th tried auctions again, same thing as before, clock goes down to 1 or 2 seconds, I place bid then the clock starts over again October 24 called them, and requested the other 50% refund of $79.50 but they refused even after speaking with supervisor.
