I bought Liquid TV from them and I e-mailed them asking for a refund because the did not function properly and kept crashing.
I requested a refund from them for the software portion, since the decoder worked.
They refused.
I contacted the BBB and lodged a Complaint.
They responded and lead me to believe they were resolving the complaint. I was then informed by the BBB that the complaint was closed because it was resolved. That was untrue, as I had not received the refund and they kept leading me on, telling me it would be resolved.
I re-registered the complaint with the BBB and they closed it with a rebuttal that if my complaint was true, I wouldn't have waited for over a year to register the new one.
I waited because I was told to wait by them.
They said my 2nd complaint was fraudulent, when in fact they closed the first one fraudulently.
