Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Start with a google search of 800-882-8178 and 3570 Warrensville Center Rd, Suite 211, Shaker Heights, OH 44122. Google response with half a dozen different business names in this same address, using the same 800 number. The company offers free diagnosis, but once they have your property, they want an initial $350 to repair the drive, and then $1000 or so to provide the data. However, should you cancel, they will not return the drive, they want their $1000 dollars, and you still won't receive your data. Should you give them $1000, they will respond that the data was unrecoverable, and keep your money. There are other more reputable companies. Do NOT use this one. This company is currently under lawsuit for their operations.
