I started working with Digi designs in June under the 80/20 program (Reinvestment and recovery act), which recently is no longer active in California. For an employer to qualify they must sign a few documents then the employer must pay his or her employee the full amount to receive 100 percent of paid wages the employee has earned for that period then approximately two weeks later the employer is reimbursed everything 100%. Dean Hoffinger "owner" of Digi Desgns then needed only workers comp which he did not ever possess. Dean failed to have this for his employees. While working for Digi Designs i was never paid because Dean Hoffinger did not have california workers compensation. Anyhow i did file a claim to the labor bord and won recently won my case along with email threats from Dean Hoffinger.
