Send Earnings Send Earnings hasn't paid me for completing an offe

Send Earnings, a.K.A. Cotter Web Enterprises, has NOT paid me for completing an offer worth $10.00. This offer was completed a month ago, and still no $10.00 credit to my Send Earnings account! I certainly do not recommend joining this blatant rip-off site. I am thoroughly disgusted with them.
