I took my PC to JR Computer after a crash to have the data recovered, noisy fan repaird, my PC repaired, and a wireless router installed. When I received my computer back, half of my digital images that were supposed to be backed up were missing and I never could get the router to work. My fan is also still as noisy as ever. When I called Ron the owner, he offered to come out to my home for an additional $150 (on top of the $550 I'd already paid) and told me I'd additionally have to pay for a new router, even if the one he sold me was defective. When I told him I'd already paid a lot of money in order to have my system fully repaired, he became incredibly rude. Buyer beware! Stay away from this place!
