Three months ago I logged onto phoneagents to find a phone number. They said it would cost $1.00 for the first time use. The next month I was charged $18.95, so I called and spoke to customer service her name was Annie. I asked what the $18.95 was for and she said I had signed up for this service, which I did not. She also said I could cancel at anytime, so I did so. Now three months later I'm still being billed. I contacted my credit card company, but there not much help either. Hopefully next month the credit card company will stop lettiing the charges go through. I've never have had so much trouble trying to get this matter taken care in all the years I've been charging on-line. I will never do it again.
