I noticed a strange $7.00 charge on my credit card statement, but I did not follow up with my wife to see if she knew what it was for, until it had been billed 3 months in a row.
I then did a yahoo search for the company name and found the "consumer complaints" about it.
I called the company and they were able to tell me that we had joined this service due to my wife's enrolling in the "Classmates.com" website, who supposedly offered this package in addition to their service.
They agreed to cancel our membership and refund the current month billing (which had not yet appeared on my credit card statement), but would not adjust the previous 3 months billed.
To my recollection we had never received any communication from them to acknowledge having paid the fee and telling us how to access the website to use the service.
I assume that it might be a legitimate business (offering discount coupons, etc.), but it certainly was not one that we intended to join.
