I initially used the services of Studio Oasis to create an artist rendering of a building in north Florida. I contacted Hans from Studio Oasis in January. Production finally got started on March 1.
On March 25, Hans send an email stating that the rendering was almost ready and I would soon receive samples. On April 27 I still had not received the samples and was told "The image will be sent to you this afternoon. You will be discounted for the delay." On May 6, having still not received the rendering, I asked for my money back, $210. On May 10, I received one sample and a lame excuse for the delay.
I called Han in May to let her know that I was completely dissatisfied.in fact, there was a deadline for the rendering that had passed weeks before I received the one sample. She indicated that the company does not do refunds but that she could use it towards other services.
