Bid and beware you may win but will you get the product you won?
On 6/16 I won a auction on quibids. On that same day I recieved a e mail stating that the order was processed. On 6/18 I got another e mail stating that the order had shipped, when I went to the quibids website there was a tracking number, I tracked the package and it stated that it was going to a completley different state from which I live and was to be delivered on 6/23/210. Then on 6/21 I recieved another e mail from quibids saying the order was processed. (ok so I thought they made a error) On 6/24 I recieved a e mail saying the order had shipped, I checked the website and there was a tracking number, the same number as beofore. I looked it up and it had the same info as before, (delivered to someone in another state)
I decided at this point to go to the websited and send a e mail to try and get this worked out, I got a response stating that it will be 24 -48 hrs for a response from them. So I decided to place a phone call and all you get is a automated voice press this press that, so I pressed 0 and got we are sorry we are having technical difficulties call back later, so I did same thing. I have been trying to call for 2 days now with no luck. If this is a legit company then I think they would respond to these issues and at least have some customer service reps to answer their phones!
This is either a big mistake or a HUGE SCAM! I'm very skeptical at this point and don't hold much faith in QUIBIDS All I can say is BIDDERS BEWARE!
