I had made a free of charge insertion for many years and last year, June I made another free insertion but erroneously signed my name - as had been requested in the past - but this year signing meant requesting full insertion for the cost of EUR 995. I then received no confirmation, no link to the insertion, no notification that they had received my order or to check/confirm it. I then, 1 year later, received an invoice requesting I pay them EUR 995. I went online to check my insertion, which by the way, is erroneous. The link that I provided is not functional.
I have since emailed the company to explain my situation and they will not cancel my insertion and are requesting that I pay at least 1 year in order to cancel the successive 2 years. I explained the situation in numerous emails but they insist I pay.
In addition, I am a freelance consultant who is out of work and have been for almost 2 years and qualify in the State of Mass. For poverty level income. I have no intention nor any possibility of paying this deceitful and erroneous insertion.
