Click And Buy double-bills sending one of payments to the vendor and keeping the other

I think this email message says it all:

I did contact Wild Tangent first who assured me they never received this duplicate payment and your website's transactions page confirms their story. If your website is reporting incorrectly then please adjust this so I have something to go back on for evidence (I have provided a screen capture below for CC-14388251, once again). Do you not think it looks odd that for over a month now, the last transfer from my credit card never shows having a payment made to anyone??? I say that shows all fingers point to Click And Buy to provide me reimbursement, wouldn't you agree???



They make sure not to provide any contact information on their site so that you're at the mercy of their email responses... Of course, never did get any response...
