A New Meaning To 'Taking Customer Service Very Seriously'

Having had a similar experience to Ralph in asking for a refund I can endorse much of what he said in his complaint about Kenny Cannon's Craigslist Voodoo Course content, and ignoring customers emails in spiteof Cannon's protestations about 'taking customer service very seriously'.

Even as a Special Discount Offer the course aint cheap at GB. 57.89 (approx.$84).

I've sent several email requests to both the business address support@craigslistvoodoocourse and personal address without response.

Perhaps it is time to consider what other options are available. Sensible suggestions appreciated!
