These people are the worst. I have cancelled over and over again and yet they still keep charging. Thank God I use the paypal add on where they can only charge once on the card. Best add on ever. I use it for all online purchases to protect against fraud. But back to the point. Don't use net zero, not worth the hassle. I never even got it to work in the first place.
