Banned me from an irc chatroom for saying I do not like the lakers

Hi,

A nickname by the name of nerdk0re banned me in an irc channel (#wwe) for stating that "I don't like the lakers". I paid 30.99 at the cyber cafe just to chat on irc. Please help me get to the bottom of this.
